Jason Duval

Grew up around grifters and crooks.

After a stint in the Army, he ended up in the Keys working for local drug runners. Then he meets Lucia.

Lucia Caminos

Taught to fight as soon as she could walk.

Fighting for her family landed her in the Leonida Penitentiary, and luck got her out. Jason might be her way to a new life.

Jason's friend, and the internet's biggest believer.

A fellow associate of Brian's, Cal feels safest at home, listening in on Coast Guard comms with a few beers and some private browser tabs open.

A Vice City legend, and he acts like it.

He turned his time in the streets into real estate, a strip club and a recording studio. His biggest bet is Only Raw Records, with Dre'Quan.

The club money pay for the studio, and the drug money pay for it all.

More hustler than gangster.

Even while dealing to make ends meet, music was always the goal. Now he has signed the Real Dimez to Only Raw Records.

Bae-Luxe and Roxy, friends since high school, turned shaking down local dealers into cash with rap tracks and a relentless social media presence. They're one hit away from fame.

Raul Bautista

A seasoned bank robber.

Confident, charming and always looking for talent willing to take big risks. His recklessness makes every job riskier than the one before.

An old-school smuggler from the Keys.

He still runs product out of his boat yard, together with his third wife, Lori. Jason lives rent-free at one of his places, as long as he helps with local shakedowns.
