Rockstar has not announced GTA VI for PC. It launches on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S on November 19, 2026. Analysts expect a PC version in 2027.
Is GTA VI on PC?
Not at launch, as far as Rockstar has said. GTA VI comes out on November 19, 2026, on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, and those are the only two platforms Rockstar lists. Neither Rockstar nor Take-Two has announced a PC version or a PC date. Pre-orders are only open on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.
When could it come to PC?
So far there are only estimates:
- Analyst Michael Pachter of Wedbush Securities said on BBC Business Today that GTA VI will come out on PC “in about 6 or 7 months”, Insider Gaming reports. That would point to around May or June 2027.
- GamesBeat, citing sources familiar with Rockstar’s plans, pointed to the first quarter of 2027, according to GTA BOOM.
Rockstar has confirmed neither.
How long Rockstar waited before
GTA V reached PC about nineteen months after its console launch in September 2013, and Red Dead Redemption 2 about thirteen months after, GTA BOOM notes. Both estimates above would make the wait for GTA VI shorter than that.
